We offer standard and express shipping options based on your location. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

– United States: Standard Shipping, estimated delivery 4 to 7 business days
– Canada: Standard Shipping, estimated delivery 7 to 10 business days
– International: Tracked Shipping, estimated delivery 10 to 20 business days

HairAmara is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and may vary by country.

6. Delays and Lost Packages
Shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other unexpected factors. If your package is delayed beyond 21 days or appears lost, please contact us so we can help resolve the issue.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. If you entered an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible. HairAmara is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information if we are not notified in time.
