Refund policy

At HairAmara, we’re committed to helping you feel confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. Wigs must have the lace uncut, tags intact, and show no signs of wear or tampering. Hair care items must be sealed and unopened. Protective gear must be unused and in resaleable condition.

We do not accept returns on items marked final sale, custom wigs or special orders, or any used or worn products due to hygiene reasons.

To Start a Return
To begin a return, please email us at Mail@hairamara.com with your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

All returns should be sent to the location that will be provided.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you’d like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 3 days of delivery at Mail@hairamara.com with photos of the item and its packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing may take 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
